What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email info@humanink.com.mx Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to us at info@humanink.com.mx for more information.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please email us at info@humanink.com.mx as soon as you receive your order.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media.

When will my order ship?

Human Ink aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 5-8 business days. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ship within 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us. Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience!

¿Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in Guadalajara, México.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please email info@humanink.com.mx We will do our best to resolve each individual issue here as quickly as quickly as possible.

¿How do I return an item from my order?

Returns are offered within 14 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. We can accommodate size exchanges on these items, but we are not able to process any refunds.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will be happy to provide a return shipping label.

If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange, so long as the new item is in stock. Customers will need to ship the exchange back to us to process any exchanges. Once we receive the product, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer.

How do I exchange an item from my order?

How do I know what size will fit me best?
We include any notable call-outs in the ‘Size & Fit’ section of the product pages. If you have any other questions, please email info@humanink.com.mx and we will help you find your correct size. 

¿How do I care for the items that I purchased?

Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron artwork. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at info@humanink.com.mx
